During the baking, hot air convection combines with the slow rotation car that make all parts of the food heat evenly. Moist spray device ensures that inner temperature consistent with the temperature of food standards. The oven is equipped with a lighting system so that you can clearly observe the baking process through the glass door. There are three heating methods, diesel, gas and electric, for your choice. We also can customize product according to customer’s requirements.

Testing & training:

The plant layout design, assembling and installation, start-up and local team training will be FREE at no cost. But the buyer should be responsible for the round-air tickets, local transportation, board & lodging, and US$50.-/day/person for the pocket money to our technicians.
