1. Machine Brief Introduction:

This soft candy processing line is an advanced continuous plant for making different sizes and colors of soft/gummy candies. It is a ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with one color or two colors and saving of both the manpower and the space occupied. This depositing line consists of dissolving cooker, gear pump, storage strainer, storage tank, discharging pump, color and flavor mixer, depositor, cooling tunnel, electric control cabinet etc.

1) PLC /computer process control available;

2) An LED touch panel for easy operating;

3) The main body is made of Stainless Steel

4) Optional (mass) flowing controlled by Frequency inverters;

5) In-line injection, dosing and pre-mixing techniques for the proportional addition of liquid;

6) Dosing pumps for the automatic injection of colors, flavors and acids;

7) Use automatic steam control system instead of manual steam valve which controls a stable steam supply to the microfilm cooker.
